ACTING Chief Justice Michael Musonda says the judiciary will fall short of effectively handling the 2026 general elections cycle if the institution is not supported in good time in terms of resources. And Electoral Law and Governance Institute of Africa Executive Director Felix Owuor has noted that the electoral landscape in Africa still faces a number of challenges and uncertainties.
