LUSAKA businessman Harry Valden Findlay has asked the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court to release his passport to enable him to travel to South Africa for medical attention. His lawyers have told the court that he has an appointment to see a doctor on October 21, 2024. In this matter, Findlay is facing two counts of holding more than one passport and being in possession of endorsements of forged immigration stamps.
