ATTORNEY General Mulilo Kabesha has insisted that the President has no powers to remove judges, but only acts on the Judicial Complaints Commission’s recommendations as mandated by the Constitution. And Kabesha says it is such constitutional provisions which President Hakainde Hichilema was referring to when he said there was need to relook the Constitution.
