THE Lusaka Magistrates’ Court yesterday failed to deliver judgement in a matter where National Democratic Congress (NDC) leader Saboi Imboela is accused of publishing defamatory matters against Clayson Hamasaka. This was because Magistrate Sylvia Munyinya, who is handling the matter, was not present. In this matter, Imboela is charged with two counts of libel.
