MUVI Television proprietor Stephen Nyirenda has dragged his ex-wife, Lesa Kasoma, to the High Court seeking an order for specific performance, compelling her to transfer 60 percent shares in the radio station to him. Nyirenda wants an order for Kasoma, who is Komboni Radio director, to give an account of the financial position of Komboni Radio from inception. He also wants an order for audited financial records by an independent auditor from inception of the radio station.
