MINISTRY of Local Government and Rural Development Permanent Secretary Mambo Hamaundu says in the last three years, 10,466 projects have been completed under the Constituency Development Fund (CDF), with an estimated value of K7.1 million. And Hamaundu says President Hakainde Hichilema’s concerns regarding the slow implementation of CDF is a call to the ministry, citizens and MPs to work harder and quicker.
