UPND member Kelvin Sampa has questioned why the police have remained overzealous despite the presidential directive that people should not be detained beyond the stipulated hours. Meanwhile, Sampa has urged the ruling party to identify strategic people who can effectively communicate with the people, saying they need to work hard to retain the over one million votes they got in 2021.
