FINANCE Minister Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane says the new Zambia Statistics Agency Board (ZamStats) has been carefully selected to provide leadership at the agency. On Monday, Dr Musokotwane announced the appointment of a new Board of Directors for ZamStats, to be headed by Oliver Chinganya as Chairperson.
