FORMER president Edgar Lungu says the Tonse Alliance has unearthed a scheme aimed at discrediting its Kawambwa aspiring candidate ahead of the parliamentary by-elections. And Lungu says the alliance will find ways of campaigning in Kawambwa, even if government uses “imingalato” by closing the airspace.
