MILES Sampa has asked the Lusaka High Court to discharge its order staying his decision to dismiss Morgan Ng’ona from his position as PF faction Secretary General as it is procedurally irregular, substantively flawed, and prejudicial to him. Sampa has told the High Court that the stay order obstructs his ability to execute his governance functions in the Patriotic Front (PF). This is in a matter where Ng’ona dragged Sampa to court, seeking an order that his decision to dissolve the party’s central committee is illegal as he wields no such powers.
