NEW Heritage Party president Chishala Kateka says Zambia is not yet at a stage where it can regulate the sources of funding for political parties, as those funding the parties generally don’t want to be known. The Transparency International Zambia Election and Money Report launched on Wednesday revealed that most MPs would support regulations and reforms on campaign financing in Zambia.
