A CHIRUNDU man has asked the Lusaka High Court to grant him permission to file an originating process during the Michaelmas and Christmas Vacation. Alexander Mwiinga of Gabon compound in Chirundu wants the court to grant him leave to issue a writ of habeas corpus, compelling the Zambia Police to present him in court.
