Lusaka Magistrate George Njobvu has transferred the matter in which two brothers are charged with insulting President Hakainde Hichilema to Kalulushi. This was after the duo’s lawyers of Makebi Zulu Advocates made an application for the matter to be transferred to Kalulushi where the crime was committed.
