THE Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) in Lusaka has arrested two female and one male Chinese nationals for the production and possession of pornographic materials. In a statement, Thursday, DEC Public Relations Officer Allan Tamba said the male suspect together with other three male Chinese nationals were also arrested for operating a casino illegally. “The Drug Enforcement Commission has formally charged and arrested six Chinese, one Congolese and one Burundian national in separate operations conducted in Lusaka.
