MINISTER of Sports, Youth and Arts Elvis Nkandu has advised his fellow ministers to ensure they do not abuse their authority by engaging in criminal activities during their tenure. He says, “what is happening to [our] colleagues should not happen to us”. And Nkandu has rubbished reports linking him to vote-buying in the recently held Kawambwa by-election, stating that the UPND only transported its supporters to Nchelenge to replace their voters’ cards. Nkandu has further urged opposition political parties to stop spending so much time quarrelling and talking about UPND.
