HUMAN Rights Commission Chairperson Dr Pamela Sambo says out of the 2,200 complaints of human rights violations and abuses received by the commission in 2024, 77 percent were against law enforcement agencies. Meanwhile, Dr Sambo says the commission has no record of any ill-treatment of former PF deputy secretary Mumbi Phiri during her incarceration in Kawambwa.
