HUMAN Rights Commission Chairperson Dr Pamela Sambo says the United Nations Special Rapporteur’s visit to Zambia is not unusual. And Dr Sambo says the commission won’t give special attention to cases involving politically exposed persons because there are many incarcerated people who are facing sub-human conditions in prisons.
