The Zambia Statistics Agency (ZamStats) has announced that the annual inflation rate for January 2025 remains unchanged at 16.7%, the same as recorded in December 2024. And ZamStats acting Statistician General Sheila Mudenda has revealed that the country recorded a trade deficit of K3.3 billion in December 2024, compared to the surplus of K1.1 recorded in November 2024.
