ATTORNEY General Mulilo Kabesha has insisted that the current Constitutional Court judges went through the full vetting process and their names were duly ratified by Parliament. He adds that former Katuba UPND MP Aubrey Kapalasa has not exhibited the CVs of the said judges to show that they are not qualified to hold their offices. Kabesha has also reiterated that the Constitutional Court Judges’ appointments are not in breach of Article 141(1)(b) of the Constitution as alleged by Kapalasa.
