LUSAKA Principal Magistrate Silvia Munyinya has allowed Lusaka businessman Harry Findlay, who is facing charges of possessing more than one passport, to travel to South Africa for medical attention. The defence had earlier informed the court that Findlay’s kidney was failing and that he needed urgent medical attention outside the country. Magistrate Munyinya has ordered that Findlay’s passport, which is in the custody of the clerk of court, be temporarily released to enable him to travel. However, she says the clerk of court must retain a certified copy of the passport.
