HOME Affairs and Internal Security Minister Jack Mwiimbu says government will recommence the construction of the Petauke milling plant under the Zambia Correctional Service at a cost of $19.5 million. Addressing journalists in Petauke, Wednesday, Mwiimbu said the project was abandoned by the previous government due to lack of funds. “I am in Petauke with the sole purpose of resurrecting a milling plant that was abandoned by the previous government. There’s now a general belief and understanding that President Hakainde Hichilema is said to be one who has been resurrecting dead institutions.
