THE Lusaka Magistrates’ Court has convicted and sentenced Zambia Airforce Force (ZAF) Warrant Officer Class 1, Albert Siyunda, and his wife to three years imprisonment for possessing seven houses suspected to be proceeds of crime. In this matter, Siyunda and his wife, Nandina Lyatamani, were charged with seven counts of being in possession of property worth over K7, 720,000, reasonably suspected to be proceeds of crime.
