A WITNESS has told the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court that Munir Zulu’s statement that “President Hakainde Hichilema will dissolve Parliament” calmed down Esther Lungu’s supporters who were having an altercation with police at Ibex Hill Police Station. Suzyo Mbale, 43, told the court that in making the statement, Zulu was exercising his democratic right to comment on national affairs like any other citizen.
