UPND Deputy Spokesperson Elvis Nkandu has wondered why the PF is complaining when UPND has been winning by-elections using the voter register certified under the former ruling party’s administration. Recently, PF faction vice-president Given Lubinda said the opposition could not expect to win the 2026 general elections under the current arrangement where the voter register and the census report had been disputed.
