LUNTE PF MP Mutotwe Kafwaya says there’s no sensible leader who can be talking about delimitation when people are suffering. Recently, Electoral Commission of Zambia Chief Electoral Officer Brown Kasaro said it was possible for the commission to conduct delimitation of constituencies before the 2026 general elections. Kasaro, however, said the constitution needed to be amended for the process to commence. But commenting on this in an interview, Tuesday, Kafwaya said it was irresponsible for leaders to talk about delimitation, which would increase the cost of running government, when Zambians were suffering.
