A CONSORTIUM of Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) has urged government to immediately halt the rushed process of amending the Constitution and instead commit to pick it up after the 2026 elections. Meanwhile, Chapter One Foundation Executive Director Josiah Kalala says the country cannot come up with a good Constitution in the current political environment.
