THE Committee on Local Government Accounts has scolded the Mufulira Municipal Council for utilising part of the Constituency Development Fund for administrative purposes without variation approval from the CDF committee. And Committee Chairperson Misheck Nyambose has chastised the local authority’s internal auditor, who was laughing during the committee hearing instead of responding to queries.
