SPEAKER of the National Assembly Nelly Mutti and Vice-President Mutale Nalumango led a solemn and heartfelt farewell to the late Clerk of the National Assembly, Roy Ngulube, during a funeral church service held at the Cathedral of the Holy Cross on Monday. Ngulube joined the National Assembly on April 15, 2002 and rose through ranks. He served as Assistant Committee Clerk, Executive Assistant to the Secretary General of the Southern African Development Community Parliamentary Forum (SADC PF) from 2006 to 2008, Executive Assistant to the Hon Speaker from 2009 to 2015, Deputy Clerk (Procedure) from 2016 to 2017 and Deputy Clerk (Administration) from 2017 to 2022.
