FORMER Secretary to the Cabinet Leslie Mbula says Patrick Kangwa’s warning that civil servants intending to join politics must resign is timely. On Tuesday, Kangwa, who is Secretary to the Cabinet, said he would not allow civil servants to campaign using government resources, urging permanent secretaries and district commissioners who wished to join politics to resign.
