FINANCE and National Planning Minister Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane has warned that there will be swift consequences for perpetrators involved in financial and supply mismanagement. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Finance says it released K23.5 billion to finance public service delivery in April, of which K5.7 billion was spent on debt service.
