FORMER Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) Commissioner General Kingsley Chanda has told the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court that he was not part of the Asset Disposal Committee (ADC) responsible for the disposal of 22 obsolete vehicles owned by the Authority. Chanda has testified that during his tenure, he was assisted in matters of asset disposal by the current Commissioner General, Dingani Banda, who was then the Commissioner for Modernization and Corporate Strategy.
