ATTORNEY General Mulilo Kabesha has told the Constitutional Court that government has no hidden agenda to increase the tenure of the Presidency through the constitutional amendment. Kabesha has also submitted to the court that there is nothing unconstitutional in the steps so far taken by government to address Parliament on the need to make amendments to the current Constitution.
