THE Itezhi-Tezhi power plant is only producing 50 megawatts out of its operating capacity of 120 megawatts due to low water levels. Speaking when a team led by Minister of Energy Makozo Chikote toured the dam, Thursday, Zesco Chief Resident Engineer at Itezhi-Tezhi Dam, Akim Mutawa, said the dam last year depleted water levels to minimal levels.
