FORMER president Edgar Lungu’s family has resolved to repatriate his remains privately, stating that the government can take over and play its role once the body arrives in Zambia on Wednesday. Family Spokesperson Makebi Zulu says Lungu was cognisant of the mistreatment he underwent under the current government. He adds that it is the family’s position that he be honoured by having his remains return to Zambia in the private capacity in which he left the country.
