ELECTORAL Commission of Zambia (ECZ) Chairperson Mwangala Zaloumis on Friday ordered New Congress Party (NCP) member, Christopher Bwalya to apologise to the UPND for alleging that its cadres would take over voter registration during the mass registration exercise. This was after Bwalya asked the ECZ to disclose the security features it had put in place to ensure that the mass voter registration process would not be hijacked by the UPND cadres.
