SECOND Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Moses Moyo has urged Mpika PF MP Francis Kapyanga to desist from bringing the State into his party’s differences without proof. This was after Kapyanga, while debating the report of the Zambian Delegation to the 54th Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA) Africa Region Conference, charged that the PF had been taken over by State actors since 2023.
