DURING his press conference on Tuesday last week, President Hakainde Hichilema made a point that speaks to every hardworking citizen who is struggling to survive despite earning an income. He reminded us that without free education, a worker will continue to pay two heavy taxes, one to the Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) and another, far more emotional and demanding, to their own relatives.
