ECZ Chairperson Mwangala Zaloumis says the Commission won’t allow any party cadre to manage elections. Zaloumis adds that the Commission has appointed over 600 poll staff to undergo a five-day intensive training programme to manage the 111 polling stations in Chawama constituency ahead of the by-election scheduled for January 15, 2026.
