MINISTRY of Green Economy Acting Permanent Secretary Ranford Simumbwe says government has an ambitious plan to mobilise US$34.7 billion between 2023 and 2035 for climate adaptation. And Simumbwe says under the National Green Economy Strategy, government has estimated an ambitious plan of US$10.4 billion for the period from 2024 to 2030.
