PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema says many countries have good laws but have weak enforcement mechanisms that undermine compliance. President Hichilema also says women often demonstrate dedication in the workplace than men, noting that this natural commitment is one reason government is elevating more women into leadership positions.
