COMMERCE, Trade and Industry Minister Chipoka Mulenga says government will on April 1, 2026, roll out the first phase of the 24-hour economy by lifting the night travel ban on commercial trucks and buses. And Mulenga says the ongoing Middle East conflict will negatively affect the economy, as fuel prices are expected to rise.
