AGRICULTURE Minister Mtolo Phiri says some “crooks” within the ministry are seeking to benefit from fertiliser distribution under the FISP programme this season. He adds that government is modernising farmer support under FISP by rolling out the cost-effective e-voucher system to all 116 districts in the 2025-2026 farming season.
