ZAMBIA Centre for Interparty Dialogue (ZCID) Board Chairperson Joyce Musenge has dismissed suggestions that elections can be rigged, saying if that was the case, UPND and PF would not have won in 2021 and 2011 respectively. Meanwhile, Musenge says the Centre is concerned about disunity in opposition political parties. Speaking when she appeared on Diamond TV, Tuesday night, Musenge was asked to comment on political parties saying the elections would not be free and fair as they were already rigged in favour of the UPND, and whether ZCID agrees that the electoral process leading to the elections has been transparent, fair and inclusive.
