ZAMBIA Centre for Interparty Dialogue (ZCID) Board Chairperson Joyce Musenge has dismissed suggestions that elections can be rigged, saying if that was the case, UPND and PF would not have won in 2021 and 2011 respectively. Meanwhile, Musenge says the Centre is concerned about disunity in opposition political parties.
