INSPECTOR General of Police Graphel Musamba says the police will caution any presidential candidate against causing disorder by wanting to contest without an adoption certificate authorised by their party. Meanwhile, Chairperson of the Select Committee Appointed to Scrutinise the Electoral Process, Misheck Mutelo, said the police should be ready to address electoral disputes involving different candidates presenting similar adoption certificates during nominations ahead of the August polls.
