SPEAKER of the National Assembly Nelly Mutti has told Nkana Independent MP Binwell Mpundu and Shiwang’andu PF MP Stephen Kampyongo not to discuss issues involving former president Edgar Lungu in the House. Speaker Mutti says the matter involving the late former president should be left to the courts of law, adding that MPs should discuss issues that will add value to the people they are representing. The Speaker was responding to an urgent matter without notice raised by Mpundu who asked for clarity on whether government had stolen the body of former president Lungu and carried out an autopsy.
