A WOMAN from Mtendere has told the Chelstone Local Court that she had sex with her husband in the morning before they came to court pending divorce because it was her marital duty. However, her husband told the court that what happened that morning was not genuine love, but that he simply wanted to breath after seeing her naked, saying she had been sleeping in clothes for years.
