THE Judiciary has dismissed social media reports alleging that Chief Justice Dr Mumba Malila has resigned over a purported disagreement related to the passage of over 70 Bills by Parliament. This follows a post by UK-based social media content creator Lillian Mutambo, who shared a resignation letter on her Facebook page claiming it had been issued by Dr Malila.
