PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has urged the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) to work with government to deliver free, fair, credible and peaceful elections this year. And President Hichilema has appealed to all political parties to promote peace, as the country heads towards the elections, stating that elections are a competition to serve, not a competition to lie or exude hatred.
