FIBRECOM has handed over its first dividend cheque of K6,552,215.60 to Zesco, since its incorporation in 2017. Speaking during the handover ceremony, Monday, Fibrecom Chief Executive Officer Nang’alelwa Sitwala said the dividend was more than a financial return, stating that it was the fulfilment of a promise made to the utility. He further disclosed that Fibrecom had expanded high-speed fibre coverage to all 10 provinces. “On behalf of the Fibrecom board, I wish to recognise the hard work and commitment it has taken for us to gather here today and celebrate this milestone.
