THE Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) has apprehended several suspects and seized large quantities of prohibited substances during operations conducted in Southern, Luapula and Copperbelt Provinces. In a statement, Monday, DEC Deputy Public Relations Officer Theresa Mawere said in Southern Province, officers intercepted a truck, which led to the discovery of five bundles of high-grade cannabis containing 100 pre-packed parcels.
